Check out some of the great neighborhoods in Midlothian, TX.: Shiloh Forest, Crystal Forest, Plum Creek, Honeysuckle Estates...the list goes on. Beautiful custom homes, large lots, and stars that go on & on for miles! Midlothian is just minutes away from Waxahachie and Cedar Hill. It is a lovely area that captures country living at it's finest! You will find a pleasant mix of families with children and teens that is rounded out with several empty nesters. A community that offers something for everyone.
This site has evolved to link ideas, information and city events to give everyone a chance to be informed of happenings in our surrounding community. The goal is to still support and promote my own great neighborhood of Honeysuckle Estates but others have asked me to consider expanding the information in my blog so 2012 will kick off a broader focus.
It's hard to believe that I've been writing this blog for 3 years all ready. It started with being new and in the country and finding myself searching for a way to get connected and thought others might too. This site offers others that chance! Hope you enjoy and come back to visit often.
May 30, 2011 - I'm heading out. We've sold and found a beautiful new home thanks to the hubby's job promotion and gracious company. Dreams do come true. We will miss those we are leaving but wish you all well. This blog will remain. A neighbor and friend has the info and ca update it as she sees fit.
Thanks again for the opportunity to work with so many fun neighbors. Will miss the block parties, get together's, meet and greets!

Speaking of opening and closing doors time marches on . Now it's time to go...moving on from Honeysuckle Estates. The blog will remain and a new blogger is taking it on...I'm sure she will update her info here in the months to come. It's exciting to hear her ideas and plans on keeping you updated with the things to do around Midlothian, TX!
